Terms of service
Last updated October 21, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (and the company you sign in for) and Mako Logics LLC, which makes NudgeAgain. By signing in, you agree to them. If you sign in on behalf of a company, you confirm you're allowed to agree for it.
What NudgeAgain does
NudgeAgain connects to your Microsoft 365 mailbox with the permissions you approve, watches the emails you choose (by tagging them, using the Outlook button, or with rules you set up), and sends the follow-ups you wrote, as replies from your own mailbox, until someone replies or the sequence ends. Our privacy policy explains what it reads and keeps.
Your account
You sign in with your work Microsoft account. The first person from a company becomes its owner and can manage its people, shared settings and plan. Keep your Microsoft account secure: anyone who can sign in to it can use NudgeAgain as you.
Your emails are your responsibility
- Every follow-up is sent from your mailbox, in your name, with words you wrote or approved. You're responsible for what they say and who they go to.
- Your emails must follow the law, including the CAN-SPAM Act for commercial email: don't use misleading subject lines or sender details, and honor requests to stop. NudgeAgain helps by stopping follow-ups when someone replies asking to stop, but you remain responsible.
- NudgeAgain is for following up your own one-to-one business conversations. Don't use it for bulk unsolicited email, purchased lists, harassment, phishing, or anything that breaks Microsoft's terms or your company's policies.
To protect everyone's mailboxes, NudgeAgain limits how many follow-ups an account can send each day. We may pause or suspend an account that we reasonably believe is being used against these terms, and we'll tell you why.
Plans and payment
The free plan is free, with the limits shown in the app. Paid plans, when offered, are billed in advance per person through Stripe, renew automatically until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time to take effect at the end of the current period. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to you. If NudgeAgain comes as part of a service from your IT provider, your agreement with them covers payment.
Availability
We work hard to keep NudgeAgain running and to send follow-ups on time, but it depends on Microsoft and other providers, and email delivery is never guaranteed. A follow-up may go out later than scheduled, or not at all, and NudgeAgain may not notice every reply (for example one sent from a different conversation). Check anything important yourself.
Ending it
You can stop using NudgeAgain at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may end the service with reasonable notice, or straight away for a serious breach of these terms.
Disclaimers and limits
NudgeAgain is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost business or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for NudgeAgain in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if that's more.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Texas. If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and tell signed-in users about significant changes before they apply. Questions: support@nudgeagain.com.
