Sign in using the work Microsoft 365 account that also handles your Outlook email. You don't need to track down a separate password for access.
When you first use NudgeAgain, Microsoft asks for permission so it can read and send your email as well as handle Outlook categories. These details are required for the tool to spot replies and dispatch your follow-up messages. NudgeAgain will not send anything other than the specific follow-ups you configure, and you have the option to revoke its access whenever you want.
Microsoft says I need an admin's approval
